„Infinitely valuable“
In the meantime, more than 2 months have passed since I participated in Christiane Huber’s seminar.

My expectation based on the brochure was:
to learn to become even more conscious;
to cook and eat healthy and together;
to experience healing;
exchange among like-minded people;
coziness and peace.

With a week of intensive collaboration with the most diverse characters, the mood can certainly become difficult, even annoying at times I thought, but this did not desturb me at all.
My experience from other day courses with Christiane made me confident that the necessary framework for a pleasant togetherness is certainly present.
My expectations were not only met but exceeded by far, with the only exception that for one week no one got on my nerves at all. For the latter, on the one hand, the whole group is responsible, but on the other hand, Christiane knows how to create a space where exactly this is easily possible:
Starting with the lovingly designed rooms (dormitories/bathroom/common room/garden), to the wonderful surroundings in which the house is nestled, to the general atmosphere.

Together with Andrei, they both conveyed clear presence and playful lightness throughout the week, which was evident throughout the program.
I found the latter to be an important counterpoint to the big, heavy issues that were working on mindfully but firmly. It is a blessing to be able to experience so much change and healing for oneself and others in such a short time.

I feel great gratitude to have been a part of this group where it was and continues to be possible to make great things happen. The excursions into the untouched and overwhelming nature were always a real highlight.  Christiane has found a measure that ensures something for everyone and variety. Apart from that, the rule always applies: nothing must, everything can.

But „must“ was not at all necessary here;
with joy the group was almost always united on the way. We only had to „have to“ at the end, when it was time to say goodbye.
Here I would like to mention something that still impresses me deeply: a week of group work of this kind often makes you „swing higher“, and then – understandably – fall into a hole afterwards, when you are suddenly stuck in your own everyday life again.

I can really say that the seminar has fundamentally changed and internalized something in me. It is now possible for me to reach this state again and again, even in between, in which I am completely centered and nothing can shake me.
One week of intensive training has clarified and raised my consciousness considerably. It was the most effective of my investments for my progress.
